About Adriane: She is a meditation teacher, Reiki master teacher, and sound healer. She's also a classroom teacher and gets how stressful and fast paced life can be, with a unique lens for bringing meditation and mindfulness into schools. Her belief is that when we meditate, we feel better. When we feel better, we feel more open and receptive to love. When we feel more receptive to love, we respond to our thoughts and external stimuli differently. This is how we create positive change in our world and daily lives! Her hope in offering these healing events is to help you find your calm so you can be part of the heart-shift of consciousness on our planet!
